1. Purpose of CAR CONNECT TAG

CAR CONNECT TAG is a smart vehicle contact solution designed to help people reach a vehicle owner when the owner is away from the vehicle.

2. Not an Emergency Service

CAR CONNECT TAG is not an emergency response service, security service, police service, roadside assistance service, or substitute for emergency services. In an emergency or situation requiring immediate assistance, users should contact the appropriate emergency services or authorities.

3. Contact & Communication

CAR CONNECT TAG provides a means for a person to attempt to contact the vehicle owner through the contact options made available through the Tag. Successful communication may depend on factors including mobile network availability, internet connectivity, telecommunication services, device compatibility and third-party service availability.

4. Privacy

CAR CONNECT TAG is designed with privacy in mind. The personal mobile number of the vehicle owner is not displayed on the physical Tag. Where masked calling is supported, communication may be routed through a virtual/masked number. Availability of particular communication methods may depend on the service configuration.

5. No Guarantee of Immediate Response

CAR CONNECT TAG does not guarantee that the vehicle owner will answer, respond to, or act upon a communication. The product should not be relied upon where immediate action or emergency assistance is required.

6. Vehicle Owner Responsibility

The vehicle owner is responsible for providing accurate information during activation, keeping the Tag properly attached and visible, protecting the Tag from damage or removal, keeping registered contact information accurate, and using the service responsibly and lawfully.

7. QR Code & Service Availability

CAR CONNECT TAG depends on digital systems and third-party infrastructure. Temporary interruptions, technical issues, maintenance, network problems or other circumstances may affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain and improve the service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability at all times.

8. Third-Party Services

Certain communication, payment, hosting, messaging, telecommunication or other services may be provided by third-party service providers. Their availability may be subject to their respective systems, terms and policies.

9. Information Accuracy

Product descriptions, features, service availability and other information displayed on the website are provided for general information and may be updated from time to time.

10. Not a Safety or Emergency Device

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VYOM TECH INDIA shall not be responsible for communication failures, network interruptions, delayed responses, third-party service outages or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Nothing in this Disclaimer is intended to exclude or limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.
